2017 BAYFA PHOTO DAYS
Football season is almost here, and that means it's time to make plans to attend our Inaugural 2017 Broken Arrow Youth Football Association (BAYFA) Photo Days!
In The Zone Photography & Design will be on hand to take Individual and Team photos of ALL BROKEN ARROW YOUTH FOOTBALL TEAMS on Sunday afternoon, August 27.
In addition, all BROKEN ARROW YOUTH SPIRIT TEAMS are scheduled for Individual and Team photos on Monday-Wednesday evenings, August 28-30.
ALL PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN INDOORS at the BA Youth Sports Office on Main Street. YOU WON'T NEED TO SCHEDULE YOUR TEAM'S PHOTOS...we'll take ALL INDIVIDUAL & TEAM PHOTOS at football & cheer photo day and your parents can purchase on-site if they would like to order something.
When: SUNDAY AFTERNOON, AUGUST 27th, 2017 (FOOTBALL TEAM & INDIVIDUAL); MONDAY-WEDNESDAY EVENINGS, AUGUST 28-30, 2017 (CHEER TEAM & INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS)
Where: BA Youth Football Office - On Main Street in BA

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY TO BE IN THE NEW 2017 BAYFA FOOTBALL & SPIRIT YEARBOOK
All BAYFA parents must turn in a completed order form to In The Zone on photo day, even if there is no purchase.
Parent/Coach Reminders:
- Be at the BA Youth Football Office on Main St. 15 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time. Have your child dressed in their full game day uniform (football players should be wearing shoulder pads and cleats, and have their helmet with them).
- Coach/Sponsor or Team Mom needs to check in at In The Zone’s “team check-in” table.
- Parents should proceed to the In The Zone sales tables to get an order form for their child. In The Zone prefers payment via cash or credit card. ALL PAYMENTS DUE ON PHOTO DAY.
- If parent elects not to purchase photos, they should fill out the "Yearbook Shout-Outs & Release" Order Form and return to an In The Zone sales rep.
- Players and coaches will be escorted to the team holding area. PARENTS AND/OR CAMERAS (INCLUDING CELL PHONE CAMERAS) ARE NOT ALLOWED in the team areas at any time. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

That's right...these photos will be taken INSIDE! Thus, there's no worrying about the HEAT, WIND, OR RAIN that often invades photo day. You can also relax in the comfort of the BA Youth Football Office AC, knowing that the SUN won't be in your child's eyes or that their hair won't be blowing in their face.
Parents are asked to have their child at the BA YOUTH FOOTBALL OFFICE on Main St. dressed and ready 15 minutes prior to the start of their squad's photo session. Order forms will be available on photo day for those who want to purchase prints or something from our huge selection of cool specialty items!
Parents can also purchase a "Shout-Out Ad" for our Inaugural 2017 BAYFA Yearbook (example of Union's shown, right) at photo day.
"Shout-Outs" start at just $5, and give you an opportunity to congratulate your child for their season performance in this version of our annual publication.
The 2017 BAYFA Yearbook -- scheduled to be delivered in October -- will feature team photos, rosters, select action photos, an autograph page and more! All league participants will receive this FREE GIFT, courtesy of BAYFA, In The Zone, and our sponsors.
We look forward to providing your child with great memories of what's sure to be an outstanding season! All orders require payment on photo day (we prefer cash or credit card). Note that your finished product may differ (ex: different pose, color change, etc.) from the sample products that you may see.
